Vior: Shares Issued to Fonds de Solidarite FTQ

SOCIETE D'EXPLORATION MINIERE VIOR INC. (TSX VENTURE:VIO)(FRANKFURT:VL5)
-announces that, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange approval, Vior will issue
92,140 common shares at deemed price of $0.096875 per share to Fonds de
solidarite FTQ Nord du Quebec ("FTQ") representing the interest due (totalling
$8,926.03 as of August 12, 2011), pursuant to a private placement by way of
convertible debenture in the principal amount of $150,000 on August 12, 2009,
that bears interest at the rate of 12 % par annum, payable semi-annually in cash
or in common shares from Vior's capital stock.
