Vantex Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VAX)(FRANKFURT:UD7A)(ALP:VAX) announces that
it sold its interest in the Cookie Monster property to Tomagold Corporation in
exchange of $5,000 and 100,000 common shares of Tomagold.


This transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture exchange.
