Uniserve Welcomes Two New Members to the Board Of Directors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 20, 2014) - Uniserve Communications Corporation (TSX-VENTURE:USS) (the "Company" or "Uniserve") is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Fred Munn has an extensive venture capital and commercial banking background and has held a number of senior positions in operations and management. In addition, he has assisted companies in corporate restructuring to accomplish streamlined and accountable operational and financial models while spurring growth through strategic partnerships. Mr. Munn is also working closely with the Company's recently formed Uniserve Security Integration Division and is responsible for the implementation of the division's business plan and operational success.

Mr. Hashim Mitha is a high tech and venture capital executive with experience in early stage corporate strategic development, financing and operations. He has worked with both private sector and publicly listed companies in various industries from e-learning, healthcare, social media application development to fiber optic network provision.

Both Mr. Munn and Mr. Mitha bring additional depth and operational experience to the Board that is expected to greatly assist Uniserve as it moves forward in successfully achieving a number of operational, developmental and financial initiatives.

The Company also announces that Mr. James Jang has resigned as a Director of the Company. Mr. Jang was a valued and respected member of the board and his contribution will be missed. All members of the Uniserve team thank him for his service and wish him well in his future endeavours.
