Uniserve Signs Strategic Agreement with Belhara to Deliver Cloud Based Solutions

Uniserve Communications Corporation (TSX VENTURE:USS) (the "Company") announces
that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Belhara Security
Systems, Inc. to provide Virtual Desktop Appliances to smaller municipal
governments and private institutions throughout Canada, using Belhara's security
technologies along with its alliance partners and Uniserve's Cloud Computing
capability. Belhara and its alliance partnership was founded to deliver on the
promise of secure Desktop Cloud Computing (DCC) which offers the performance,
utilization, security, and management benefits that were expected from but never
delivered by legacy Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). The Belhara alliance
partnership delivers virtual desktops that perform faster than physical
desktops, while maintaining centralized management and control, and no
compromise security, resulting in significantly lowers operating costs.


Leveraging Uniserve's Cloud computing capabilities, this partnership will offer
Belhara's alliance partners market leading Virtual Desktop Appliance, available
to those groups who do not have the internal capabilities to run and operate
them currently, but who do have a strong requirement for hosted virtual desktops
delivered as a service. Belhara provides secure access to its alliance partners
Virtual Desktop Appliances through FinanceSafe, an encrypted USB key that boots
a hardened operating system with an embedded virtual desktop viewer to securely
display the virtual desktops hosted in the Uniserve Cloud.
