Uniserve Appoints Former Chief Financial Officer to the Board of Directors

Uniserve Communications Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:USS) is pleased
to announce the appointment of Mr. Albert Lim, the Company's former Chief
Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, as a new member of the Company's
Board of Directors. Mr. Lim joins Joseph Willmott, Michael C. Scholz, Stephen
Plant, Earnest C. Beaudin, Hashim Mitha and Fred Munn who were all re-elected as
members of the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting held July 17, 2014,
upon the Company increasing the Board of Directors to seven (7) from six (6) as
approved at the Annual General Meeting.
