American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Uranerz Energy Corporation

NEW YORK, Aug. 10  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Uranerz Energy Corporation, under the trading symbol URZ.

Uranerz Energy Corporation is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of properties in the uranium sector. The Company's goal is to become a producer of uranium which will be utilized as fuel in the western world's nuclear electrical generating facilities.
