Total Telcom Declares Return of Capital

KELOWNA, BC and EDMONTON, Nov. 5 /CNW/ -- 
KELOWNA, BC and EDMONTON, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - TOTAL TELCOM INC. (TSX Venture: TTZ) is pleased to announce today that it will be issuing a return of
 capital equal to $.08 per share. The record date has been set for
 November 5, 2010 with a payment date of November 19, 2010. No tax forms
 will be issued.


CEO Neil Magrath stated, "Management has been negotiating with a number
 of potential mergers and acquisitions, in each situation it was
 expected that we would discount our cash position to reflect what the
 stock was trading at. This return of capital to the shareholders is
 part of a strategic reorganization to further maximize shareholder
 value."
