Eurotin Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TIN) (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that the
Company has completed the second tranche of its previously announced shares for
debt private placement through the issuance of 3,289,975 common shares at a
deemed issuance price of $0.05 per share. 


The securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a hold
period expiring on August 10, 2014.
