VANCOUVER, March 17, 2017 /CNW/ - Transatlantic Mining Corp. (the "Company") (TCO:TSX.V) announces that it has plans to do a consolidation of its common shares (each, a "Share") on the basis of ten (10) pre-consolidation for one (1) post-consolidation Share (the "Consolidation").
In connection with the consolidation, the name of the company will not change and the Company's trading symbol will remain TCO.
