Strata-X Ltd. ("Strata-X" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SXE) wishes to
announce, further to its news release on May 15, 2012, regarding a non-brokered
private placement of units and convertible notes, that it intends to adjust the
conversion price of the convertible notes from $0.28 to $0.25. The principal
amount and accrued interest on the convertible notes shall be convertible to
units at a deemed price of $0.25 per unit. Each unit will be made up of one
common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant
will be exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.50 per share.
The convertible notes shall automatically convert at the end of the one year
term into such units. Other particulars regarding the private placement
announced on May 15 remain unchanged.
