Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SSE) ("Silver Spruce") has granted
1,450,000 stock options with an exercise price of 30 cents per share to Lloyd
Hillier former President and CEO. These options shall expire on June 15, 2016 if
not exercised prior to that date. The issuance of the options is subject to all
necessary approvals by the TSX Venture Exchange.
