Smartcool provides energy savings to French Military

VANCOUVER, July 9, 2015 /CNW/ - Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V: SSC) is pleased to announce Smartcool's technology has been installed at a French Military Artillery School in Draguignan, France. The installation was completed to provide a reduction in run time on a 4 scroll compressor chilled water unit providing heating and cooling for the schools' offices and barracks. Savings are expected to exceed 50,000 kwh annually resulting in a 24 month payback. 

Christophe Simon, through FrancEco+, coordinated the installation. Mr. Simon stated, "This is the first install of the Smartcool technology for the French Military and is producing very satisfactory results. I expect that this will lead to other installations for the French Armed Forces. With over 200,000 personnel, the opportunities for Smartcool are significant with housing, offices and data centers all being possible candidates."
