VANCOUVER, April 29, 2013 /CNW/ - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Ms. Sanja Mosher announces that she has recently acquired, directly or indirectly, 14,529,561 units of Starfire Minerals Inc. (CNSX: SFR) ("Starfire"), with each unit being comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant.

Pursuant to her recent acquisition of common shares, Ms. Mosher now holds or exercises control or direction over 14,529,561 common shares of Starfire, which represents an interest of 19.6% of Starfire's issued and outstanding capital at the date hereof on a non-diluted basis.  Assuming the exercise of all warrants held by her or over which she has control or direction, Ms. Mosher will hold or exercise control or direction over an aggregate of 29,059,122 common shares of Starfire, which would represent an interest of 32.8% of Starfire's issued and outstanding capital at the date hereof, on a partially diluted basis.
