SEPROTECH SYSTEMS INCORPORATED - Notice of Change Of Auditor

OTTAWA, Oct. 29 /CNW/ -- 
OTTAWA, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Seprotech Systems Incorporated (TSX-V: SET; "Seprotech" or "the Company") announces that Deloitte LLP,
 Chartered Accountants, (the "Former Auditor") was replaced as the
 Company's auditor as of October 14, 2010. The Board of Directors of the
 Company has appointed Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Chartered
 Accountants (the "Successor Auditor"), as the Company's auditor in the
 place and stead of the Former Auditor.


The Company confirms that there were no reservations in the Former
 Auditor's reports in connection with the financial statements of the
 Company for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2009.


The Company further confirms that there have been no reportable events
 (as defined in National Instrument 51-102) and, in its opinion, there
 are no reportable events pending.


The appointment of the Successor Auditor was approved by the Board of
 Directors of the Company.


Seprotech is a provider of pre-engineered water and wastewater treatment
 plants to the land development, resource sector and military market
 place, including CrystalBlue™ membrane-based water recycling systems
 and the ROTORDISK® wastewater treatment systems.
