Sparta Capital Ltd. ("Sparta" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SAY) announces
today that Theodore Rousseau has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial
Officer of Sparta effective November 16, 2010. Mr. Rousseau will remain as the
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Murray Hinz, will act
as interim Chief Financial Officer until a suitable replacement for the position
is appointed, subject to TSX Venture approval. Mr. Hinz was previously the
Vice-President of Finance of the Corporation and has extensive management,
accounting and financial skills, as a consultant to public and private
companies.
