                RingProp Plc Announcement of Board Change



Johnny Townsend has decided, with effect from today, to step down as Chairman
and Director of the Company to pursue his other interests. Denis Mulhall,
currently a non-executive director, has been appointed non-executive Chairman.
This change reflects the progress made by the company since its flotation last
November, bringing to a close the early financing of the company and marking the
beginning of the manufacturing stage with the signing of the agreement with the
JLFrench group.


Mr. Townsend said "RingProp has now progressed beyond the start up stage and
with the signing of this significant contract this is an appropriate time for me
to hand over the responsibilities of Chairman to someone with far reaching
industrial experience The Board wishes to thank Johnny Townsend for his
contribution to the business and wishes him every success in his future
endeavours."
