Rockhaven Resources Ltd. Announces Amended Warrants

Rockhaven Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RK) ("Rockhaven") is pleased to announce
that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted Rockhaven's application to amend
8,833,333 outstanding warrants issued as part of an April 7, 2014 private
placement (see July 23, 2014 news release). If exercised on or before August 15,
2014, the holders of the amended warrants will receive 1.1 Rockhaven shares at a
price of $0.30. The original warrant exercise term of one Rockhaven share at a
price of $0.30 will apply to all amended warrants not exercised by August 15,
2014. The original April 7, 2015 expiry date applies to the amended warrants.
