Rochester Engages First Canadian Capital for Investor Relations

  Rochester Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: RCT)(FRANKFURT: R5I) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained First Canadian Capital Corp. ("First Canadian") as a consultant to provide strategic marketing and investor relations services. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will pay First Canadian $5,000 per month for a twelve month initial term and grant 300,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.22 for a period of two years. First Canadian will assist the Company in opening productive dialogue with private investors, analysts, brokers, money managers and other financial professionals. First Canadian will generate market awareness among the investment community as Rochester continues to ramp up gold and silver production at its Mina Real Project in Nayarit, Mexico.
