MONTRÉAL, Dec. 14, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Corporation TomaGold announces that it has acquired on December 14, 2015, the ownership of 344,000 class "A" common shares in the capital stock of Quinto Real Capital Corporation ("Common Shares") for a gross proceed of $14,260.00 or $0.041 per Common Share. This holding represents 2.99% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of December 14, 2015.

As of this day, and after giving effect to the acquisition of its 344,000 Common Shares, TomaGold holds, directly or indirectly, 1,599,000 Common Shares. On a non-diluted and diluted basis, TomaGold thus currently holds 13.90% of Common Shares issued and outstanding as of December 14, 2015.

The Common Shares of Quinto Real Capital Corporation ("Quinto Real") are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol QIT.
