MONTRÉAL, Jan. 26, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Corporation TomaGold announces that it has acquired on January 26, 2016, the ownership of 99,000 class "A" common shares in the capital stock of Quinto Real Capital Corporation ("Common Shares") for a gross proceed of $3,960.00 or $0.04 per Common Share. This holding represents 0.86% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of January 26, 2016.

As of this day, and after giving effect to the acquisition of its 99,000 Common Shares, TomaGold holds, directly or indirectly, 1,908,000 Common Shares. On a non-diluted and diluted basis, TomaGold thus currently holds 16.59% of Common Shares issued and outstanding as of January 26, 2016.

The Common Shares of Quinto Real Capital Corporation ("Quinto Real") are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol QIT.
