Quorum's New "Make More Money" Initiative Demonstrates ROI of Installing its Dealership Management System, XSELLERATOR(TM)

22/01/2014 10:00am

Marketwired Canada

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) announced a new
initiative today that it calls "Make More Money" (or M3). M3 is a set of
"toolkits", each of which combines four elements:

1. Functionality within XSELLERATOR, Quorum's flagship dealership and
    customer management system
2. Specific corresponding processes and work-flows
3. A practical guide to successfully implementing the software and process
4. A specific management measurement method to monitor the dealership's
activity and monetary results for each.

After a brief pilot period with a limited number of dealerships, Quorum has now
developed ten (10) M3 Toolkits within XSELLERATOR and the initial dealerships
have experienced remarkable results. In aggregate, they are averaging well over
$50,000 in additional customer-pay revenue per month from service and parts
alone.

According to Maury Marks, Quorum's President and CEO, "It all started with a
deep examination of how certain successful dealerships were utilizing key
revenue-oriented features within XSELLERATOR. From there, we have literally
changed the culture within Quorum to focus on how we can help our customers use
our system to generate revenue and customer satisfaction for themselves."

Mark Allen, Quorum's Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services, added,
"What M3 does is turn the DMS value equation upside down. Dealers can now
rightfully expect their DMS to make money for then and demonstrate a return on
investment, not just treat it like an expense that they need to manage. We've
figured out how to do that, and give our customers the management tools to make
sure they continue to be successful at it."

"We are showing the XSELLERATOR M3 toolkits, and some examples of real-world
results, in our booth (#6031) this year at the NADA conference in New Orleans.
We encourage dealers and managers to come by and take a look for themselves,"
Allen concluded.
