Quorum is Delivering First US Integration Point Under GM Integrated Dealership Management (IDMS) Contract

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) announced today
that it has completed the pilot on the Parts Order Integration between GM's
Parts Workbench and XSELLERATOR(TM), Quorum's state-of-the-art dealership
management system (DMS). This is the first integration point completed between
Quorum and GM U.S. under the GM IDMS contract, with many more currently in
development. Each one of these integration points saves dealerships time and
improves their ability to service their customers, further adding to the Quorum
DMS value equation. In prior years, Quorum has developed multiple "advanced"
integration points for GM Canadian dealerships, which has helped the Company
grow its GM market share in Canada.


This summer, Quorum's U.S. customers will receive the Parts Order Integration
under general release of XSELLERATOR V4.6.2. The integration allows XSELLERATOR
dealer customers to easily place, access, track, and modify GM parts orders and
view parts invoices via the Internet through the XSELLERATOR DMS.

always know where a customer's part is. We can provide real-time answers to look

in California. "This integration is also a time saver for the parts department
because we can now seamlessly access so much more information now than in the
past, when we had to gather the information from multiple places."

to dealerships under our GM IDMS partnership in 2008." said Dan Ichelson,

completed the five Parts Order interfaces that integrate to GM's Parts
Workbench. We also plan to roll out Parts Information and Parts Availability web
services to all U.S. XSELLERATOR V4.6.2 customers in 2008. These services will
provide real-time access to critical parts data to improve the customer service
that GM dealerships provide."


GM's Parts Workbench is replacing the GM RAPID system for parts ordering. It
takes advantage of modern technology to streamline the parts ordering, shipping,
and invoicing process, making it easier for the Parts Department to do business
with GM.


Interfaces to Quorum's DMS include:

- Parts Invoice - allows real-time retrieval of Parts Invoices that have been
issued by GM.


- Parts Order Input - allows real-time processing of part orders.

- Parts Order Inquiry - provides on-demand retrieval of parts order status
giving dealers the ability to immediately see the status of their orders.


- Parts Order Maintenance - provides real-time Order Maintenance including
upgrading or canceling backorders.


- Parts Shipment - provides on-demand parts shipment information direct from GM
through the Quorum DMS.


Projects in Development

- Parts Information - allows the real-time on-demand retrieval of the most
accurate source of GM parts information such as pricing and supersession detail.


- Parts Availability - provides real-time on-demand retrieval of up-to-date GM
Part Location and Availability information within GM distribution facilities.
