Quorum and CARFAX Announce Service Link Integration

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) announced today
that CARFAX Service Link now is integrated with its flagship dealership
management product, XSellerator(TM). Maintenance and inventory events from
participating dealers are automatically reported to CARFAX and included on
CARFAX Vehicle History Reports. This enhancement is free with Quorum's latest
version of XSellerator (4.7.1). "This new integration is a part of our ongoing
commitment to bring new value-added functionality to our customers on a regular

CARFAX Service Link turns maintenance and inventory events into free advertising
for dealers on CARFAX Vehicle History Reports. Dealership name and contact
information appears next to each record on the CARFAX Report, connecting car
buyers with facilities that are familiar with the vehicle.
