Quorum Signs Four Dealership Rooftops From Former GM IDMS Vendor

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (Quorum) (TSX:VENTURE:QIS) today announced
that it has signed its first four (4) dealership rooftops from a former GM IDMS
vendor. These dealerships accepted the opportunity to remain with GM's IDMS
program with Quorum as their new IDMS system provider. The new signings put the
Company's total to date at thirty-six (36) dealership rooftops scheduled for
installation in 2008.


"The recent change in providers under the GM IDMS program has created an
opportunity for Quorum. We are actively pursuing the dealerships that want to
stay in the GM IDMS program and we expect a number of sales between now and the
