Quorum Schedules Its 30th New Dealership Implementation for 2008

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) is pleased to
announce that 30 new dealership locations (rooftops) have already been
implemented or are scheduled for implementation in 2008. This number surpasses
the total number of rooftops implemented by the company during all of 2007. The
majority of the new rooftops are scheduled to be implemented in the second and
third quarters of 2008, which almost utilizes Quorum's entire capacity for those
quarters. Quorum exited 2007 with 201 total installed dealerships.


"Quorum's sales have been steadily building. Going forward, with one of Quorum's
key competitors out of the GM IDMS program, the opportunity for adding new
dealerships has substantially increased," said Mark Allen, Quorum's Vice
President of Sales, Marketing & Services. "To support the growth in sales, our
next step is to increase implementation capacity to more than 10 dealerships per
quarter for the fourth quarter of 2008," he added.
