Quorum Sales Accelerate in Summer

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) is pleased to
announce record sales achievements as 10 new dealership rooftops signed GM IDMS
contracts to purchase XSELLERATOR through the GM IDMS program in the past five
weeks. With these additions, Quorum now has a customer base of 243 dealerships
rooftops, including dealerships that are both installed and in our installation
pipeline. In 2007, Quorum implemented 29 dealership rooftops, for a total of 201
at the end of the year.
