Quorum Announces Microsoft Financing for Dealers

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) today announced
an alliance with Microsoft Financing to provide lending to Quorum customers.
This new relationship will give Quorum's dealership management system (DMS)
customers the ability to finance the upfront and capital costs for Quorum's
state-of-the-art DMS, XSELLERATOR(TM). This financing alternative makes it even
easier for dealers to upgrade to XSELLERATOR despite the difficult financial
market conditions.
