Quorum Announces Customer Conference Schedule for 2014

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) announced today
that its 2014 Customer Conference schedule will involve two-day events in three
North American cities: Chicago, Toronto and Calgary.


The outstanding success of Quorum's first set of conferences, held in November
of 2012 in Toronto, ON, and then in Calgary, AB, in April of 2013, confirmed
that Quorum's XSellerator(TM) users desire to attend conferences as a way to
increase their system utilization. Users overwhelmingly responded in 2012 and
2013 that the conference "met" or "exceeded" their expectations.


Quorum determined that the best way to take the conference to the next level is
to offer it as a hard-hitting interactive training session, allowing attendees
to bring along their laptops and access their dealership's XSellerator system
while at the conference. This hands-on learning approach will further enhance
the attendee's experience and allow for a higher retention of the training,
enhancements, and utilization tips discussed in the various courses offered at
the conference.


The two-day event will feature one full day focused on dealership Fixed
Operations, including courses designed for all attendees and then a two-track
approach for specific modules applicable to either the Parts or Service
Department. General Managers, Fixed Operations Managers, Parts Managers, Service
Managers and key Parts and Service Department personnel are encouraged to
attend. Day two will focus on Variable Operations, following the same outline as
day one for Fixed Operations. Dealer Principals, General Managers, Chief
Financial Officers, Controllers, Office Managers, Sales Managers and key Sales
and Office Department personnel are encouraged to attend day two.


Quorum Customers may choose to attend the Conference nearest to them in May of
2014, or to attend more than one. The specific dates and locations are:


Chicago, IL - May 15th & 16th

Toronto, ON - May 20th & 21st 

Calgary, AB - May 22nd & 23rd
