Purepoint Uranium Issues Stock Options

TORONTO, April 28, 2020 /CNW/ - Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (the "Company" or "Purepoint") (TSX:PTU.V) today approved the issuance of a total of 6,650,000 options to its Board of Directors, management and certain staff members pursuant to the Company's stock option plan.   The options vest immediately, are exercisable at a price of $0.07 per common share and expire on a date that is five years from the date of grant.
