P2P Reports on Special Meeting of Shareholders

  P2P Health Systems Inc. (NEX: PTP.H) is pleased to report the outcome of the special meeting of shareholders held on November 10, 2009 (the "Meeting").

As a result of the shareholder votes received at the Meeting, shareholders have approved, among other matters, its change of business transaction into the mining sector, consolidation on a basis of two (2) existing common shares for one (1) new common share and name change to Salares Lithium Inc. (collectively, the "Transactions"), all as more particularly described in its June 3, 2009 news release. A full description of the Transactions and other matters considered and approved at the Meeting is contained in the Company's management information circular and other Meeting materials filed on SEDAR.

The Transactions are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
