Pan Global Announces Completion of Warrant Acceleration

Pan Global Resources Inc. ("Pan Global" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PGZ)
today announced, further to its news release dated June 10, 2011, that it has
successfully completed the acceleration of its share purchase warrants (the
"Warrants") issued on December 10, 2010 and January 25, 2011. All 3,937,491
Warrants outstanding were exercised at a price of $0.45 per Warrant, for gross
proceeds of $1,771,870.90. The Company is well-positioned to continue its
exploration and development activities in the Balkans, and to pursue other
opportunities.


As of July 8, 2011, the Company has 21,701,482 common shares issued and outstanding.
