Prosper Gold Announces Retirement of CFO

Prosper Gold Corp. ("Prosper Gold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PGX) announces
the retirement of Ms. Susanne Bonn from her positions as Chief Financial
Officer, Corporate Secretary and as a Director of the Company. Peter Bernier,
President & CEO: "Susanne has been a great business partner for many years and I
would like to express my gratitude to Susanne for her contributions to Prosper
Gold. We wish her the best of luck in her retirement."


Effective immediately, the Company is pleased to announce that Ms. Sharon Lee
has been appointed as Prosper Gold's Interim Chief Financial Officer and
Corporate Secretary. Ms. Lee has been working as Prosper Gold's accountant since
the fall of 2013 and brings over 17 years of experience as a Chartered
Accountant. Prior to joining Prosper Gold, Ms. Lee was a Senior Manager at
Smythe Ratcliffe LLP in Vancouver, BC. Ms. Lee is a Chartered Professional
Accountant (CPA) and has a B.Sc. (Mathematics) from the University of Alberta.
