PetroFrontier Corp. provides corporate update

CALGARY, March 3, 2016 /CNW/ - (TSX-V: PFC) – PetroFrontier Corp. ("PetroFrontier" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that Mr. Paul Cheung has joined PetroFrontier's board of directors, subject to regulatory approval. Mr. Cheung is a geologist with an undergraduate in Geology from the University of Calgary and a Master of Science degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Cheung has been an independent businessman since January 2001. He has founded multiple drilling and oilfield services companies since 1997, including Alliance Drilling and Oilfield Services Ltd., Partner Drilling Ltd., Advance Drilling Ltd. and Independent Well Servicing Ltd. Additionally, Mr. Cheung has been involved with Grand Bow Petroleum Ltd. and Alliance Energy Ltd., both private oil and gas exploration companies.

Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

PetroFrontier's Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 1600, 333 - 7th Avenue SW, Calgary Alberta, T2P 2Z1, at 11:00 a.m. (Calgary time).
