Patriot One Receives Final Approval to Graduate to TSX

Patriot One Technologies Inc.

 (TSX-V: PAT) (OTCQX: PTOTF) (FRANKFURT: 0PL) (“Patriot One” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce it has received final approval to graduate its listing from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”) to the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”). The Company’s securities will commence trading on the TSX at the open of the market on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. In connection with the TSX listing, the Company’s securities will be delisted from the TSX-V prior to the commencement of trading on Tuesday, April 9, 2019.

Upon listing on the TSX, the Company’s common shares and outstanding listed warrants will continue to trade under the symbols “PAT”, “PAT.WT”, “PAT.WT.A”, “PAT.WT.B” and “PAT.WT.C”.
