(TSX-VENTURE:OOO)(OTCQX:OGLDF) ("Otis" or the "Company") announces that Dr. Roger Norwich has resigned as a Director of the Company due to health reasons. Dr. Norwich has been an active member of the Board of Directors since October 2012, and also served as a Member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Craig Lindsay, President & CEO, stated: "On behalf of the shareholders and the Board, I want to thank Roger for the active role he has played in the development of Otis.
