Osisko Development Announces Grant of Deferred Share Units

") announces that it has granted 80,000 deferred share units ("

DSUs

") of the Company to Mr. Stephen Quin, an independent director, as part of his recent appointment to the Company's board of directors announced on December 5, 2024.

The DSUs were granted in accordance with the Company's DSU plan, which is available on the Company's website at www.osiskodev.com.
