MPVC Inc. Announces Closing of Financing

MPVC Inc. (TSX VENTURE:OCI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has
closed a non-brokered private placements offering (the "Offering") to three (3)
arm's length subscribers for aggregate gross proceeds of $125,000.


The Offering was for an aggregate of 1,250,000 common shares in the capital of
the Company (each a "Common Share") at a purchase price of $0.10 per Common
Share for gross proceeds of $125,000. No commissions or finder's fees were
payable by the Company pursuant to the Offering.


The Common Shares are all subject to a four (4) month statutory hold commencing
from the date of issuance. The Offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange
acceptance of requisite regulatory filings.


All proceeds raised under this Offering will be used by the Company to fund
general working capital requirements.
