New Zealand Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NZ)(OTCQX:NZERF) ("NZEC" or the "Company")
will hold its annual general meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 commencing at
1:30pm PST, to be followed by a shareholder update.


NZEC will webcast the shareholder update portion of the meeting, commencing at
1:45pm PST. Shareholders who cannot attend the meeting in person are invited to
participate in the online webcast, which will include an opportunity to ask
questions of NZEC's executive team.
