New Zealand Energy Corp. Annual General Meeting and Shareholder Update

New Zealand Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NZ)(OTCQX:NZERF) ("NZEC" or the "Company")
will hold its annual general meeting on Friday, June 15, 2012 commencing at
1:30pm PST, to be followed by a shareholder update.


NZEC will live-broadcast the shareholder update portion of the meeting,

provide an update on the Company's corporate activities, business strategy and
objectives, followed by an exploration update by Bruce McIntyre, NZEC's
