Mundoro Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MUN) ("Mundoro" or the "Company") announced today that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has dismissed the application brought by dissident shareholder Northern Minerals Investment Corp. ("NMI") to prevent Mundoro from postponing its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") and from changing the record date for the Meeting. In light of the Court's decision, the Meeting will be held on August 27, 2012, with a record date of July 27, 2012. The Court's decision with respect to the relief sought by NMI regarding the Company's Advance Notice Policy will be provided by the Court in due course. "The Company is very pleased with the Court's decision and believes this to be in the best interests of the Company and all of our shareholders," said John J. Hoey, Chairman of the Board. "As a matter of good governance, your Board will continue to be committed to facilitating an orderly and efficient Meeting and allowing shareholders to make an informed vote at the Meeting." Further details on the Meeting will be contained in a Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular that will be mailed to shareholders of the Company and filed on SEDAR in the coming weeks.
