New Destiny Mining (TSX VENTURE:NED) ("New Destiny") announces that it has
amended the terms of its planned non-brokered private placement financing
announced October 12th, 2012.
The Company is now arranging a non brokered private placement of up to 10
million units at a price of 5 cents for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit
will consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant.
Each warrant shall be exercisable into one additional common share for a period
of one year at a price of 15 cents per share. The financing is subject to
regulatory approval.
