Midnight Sun Mining Corp. Extends Previously Announced Private Placement Offering

Midnight Sun Mining Corp. (the "Company" (TSX VENTURE:MMA) announced today that
it is extending the closing date of its private placement offering (the
"Offering"), previously announced on June 3, 2013. The Company intends to close
the first tranche of the Offering as soon as practicable.
