Marketvision Announces Name Change to APIC Petroleum Corporation to Reflect New Business Focus

Marketvision Direct, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MKT) ("Marketvision" or the "Company")
announces that effective at the opening May 25, 2011 Marketvision Direct, Inc.
will be re-named APIC Petroleum Corporation and will begin trading under the TSX
Venture Exchange ticker symbol "API".


With the new name, the Company wants to express its previously announced
intention of acquiring oil properties in Eastern European jurisdictions.


Dennis Sharp, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer states:

"Marketvision Direct, Inc.'s new name, APIC Petroleum Corporation, more
accurately identifies the Company's desire to position itself as a junior oil
exploration and development company. The name change underscores this new
direction."
