Marketvision Announces Grant of Stock Options

Marketvision Direct, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MKT) (the "Company") announced today that
it has granted to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company
incentive stock options for the purchase of a total of 1,400,000 common shares
of the Company at a price of $0.10 per common share, exercisable until September
17, 2014. The options were granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's stock
option plan.
