Marketvision Announces Exercise of Warrants

Marketvision Direct, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MKT) ("Marketvision" or the "Company")
announces that 2,200,000 of the warrants issued in connection with a private
placement which closed on November 30, 2009 were exercised prior to the November
30, 2010 deadline at their initial exercise price of $0.06. Accordingly, the
Company has issued 2,200,000 shares at $0.06 per share for total proceeds of
$132,000. The remaining 5,550,000 warrants issued pursuant to the private
placement are now exercisable at $0.10 per share until November 30, 2011. With
the issuance of these shares, the issued and outstanding common shares of
Marketvision is now 49,093,914 shares.
