MedMira Directors Granted Stock Options

HALIFAX, April 13, 2015 /CNW/ - MedMira Inc. (TSXV: MIR) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary have been granted options to purchase common shares under its Stock Option Plan which was approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting on January 25, 2013.  Mr. Marvyn Robar, Mr. Hermes Chan, Dr. Colin MacGillivray, Mr. Romano Robusto, Dr. Michael Sidler and Ms. Robyn Cook were granted a total of 1,021,875 options at an exercise price of $0.10 per share and exercisable for a period of three years ending April 12, 2018.
