THEMAC Resources Group Limited: Barrett Sleeman Retires as Executive Director

THEMAC Resources Group Limited ("THEMAC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:MAC)
wishes to announce that Mr. Barrett Sleeman has retired as executive director of
the Company effective today. Mr. Sleeman will continue to serve the Company as
non-executive director.


The Company wishes to thank Mr. Sleeman for the many years of services as former
CEO and executive director.
