Labrador Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LTX) ("Labrador" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the reinstatement
of trading of the Company's common shares.


On April 11, 2012, the Alberta Securities Commission issued a full revocation of
the cease trade order which was issued in April 5, 2013. The cease trade order
was issued as a result of the Company's failure to meet a deadline to file
interim unaudited financial statements, interim management's discussion and
analysis, and certification of interim filings for the interim period ended 31
January 2013. The interim unaudited financial statements, interim management's
discussion and analysis, and certification of interim filings for the interim
period ended 31 January 2013 were filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com on April 9,
2013. 


In connection with the aforementioned cease trade order revocation, the Company
has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that its common shares, which have
been suspended from trading on the TSX Venture Exchange since April 5, 2013,
were reinstated for trading at the opening of the market on April 25, 2013.
