CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: Labrador Announces New Time and Location for Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

A correction from source is being issued with regards to the Labrador
Technologies Inc. news release that was issued June 28, 2013 at 12:53 ET. The
release stated that "the Meeting will now be held at 3:00 p.m. on June 28, 2013"
but should have read, "the Meeting will now be held at 3:00 p.m. on July 2,
2013." The correct release follows:

announced today that the time and location for the annual and special meeting of
shareholders (the "Meeting") scheduled to be held at 2:00 p.m. (Calgary Time) on
Tuesday, July 2, 2013 has been changed due to the state of emergency declared
within the City of Calgary in response to flooding, road closures and building
evacuations.


The Meeting will now be held at 3:00 p.m. on July 2, 2013 at the offices of
Burstall Winger LLP which are located at Suite 1600, 333 - 7th Avenue S.W.,
Calgary, Alberta.
