Lorne Park Capital Partners Inc. Announces TSX Venture Exchange Final Approval of Qualifying Transaction

Lorne Park Capital Partners Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LPC) ("LPCP" or the "Corporation")
announces that, further to the press release of the Corporation dated October
30, 2013, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has approved the qualifying
transaction of Big Five Capital Corp. ("Big Five") which involved the
amalgamation of Big Five and Bellwether Asset Management Inc. to form LPCP, as
described in the information circular of Big Five dated September 24, 2013. The
common shares of LPCP will commence trading on the TSXV under the symbol "LPC"
on Thursday, November 7, 2013.
